Media Album

A Brief Overview

The media album provides a place to create photo and video albums for your website. Albums may include ranch tours and family albums.

Create & Update: Step-by-step guide

1. Click on "Content" > "Media" in the main navigation. (if you do not see the "Media" link, please request the feature to be installed.)

2. Click on "New Album" in the left navigation. Alternatively you can edit an album by clicking on the title and then clicking the edit link.

3. Enter the following information

   1. Title (required)

   2. Summary (optional): Used to display a summary in default views.

   3. Excerpt (optional): Used to display the "Big Idea" in the detail view.

4. Click on “Save & Continue to Edit” to upload files.

5. Click on the “Media” tab and upload videos and images.

   1. Click on the “Add Photos, Videos, and Files” to enable file uploads.

   2. Either drag-n-drop video files (.mp4), or image files (.jpg, .png, .gif, .webp) into the upload area marked as “Drag files here”, or alternatively click on the “Add Files” link in the bottom left to browse for files on your computer.

   3. Once all files are queued, click on the green “Upload Files” button to actually upload the files. They will appear below the upload area. You can click on the “Hide Drop Area” link to hide the upload area.

   4. You can then edit each image title and/or drag-n-drop them to reorder them.
      NOTE! You will need to save the media album to save the sort order.

6. Publish the post to your website

   1. Click on the "Allow Everyone to View this Record" button.

   2. Click on the categories that you want to assign your post. You may assign the post to multiple categories.

7. Click the “Save” button at the top of the page to save the post
